CERIAS is the world's foremost university center for multidisciplinary research and education in areas of information security (computer security, network security, and communications security), and information assurance. GW has the opportunity to be an affiliate with the potential for providing student exchanges between GWU and Purdue. Information security is a complex, growing discipline. The goal of the Purdue University CERIAS Research Affiliate Program is to help leverage resources and provide community support for groups performing graduate research-based education in information security. The Affiliate Program is intended to enhance collaboration and synergy among researchers at CERIAS and at selected research centers and programs.
