Kimberly Lukin is a Fulbright scholar currently visiting the GW Cyber Security and Policy Research Institute. With over ten years experience as an information system security specialist for the government of Finland her Ph.D studies are looking into how Russian cyberwarfare capabilities and actions are integrated into its military strategy. Her fields of interest include drones, isolated system hacking, military strategy, and nuclear cyber security. She graduated with a master´s degree in computer science from the University of Turku in Finland.
